In this role, I am responsible for overseeing technical matters and leading a team of volunteers. My duties spanned a wide range of areas, including AVL (audio, visual, and lighting), Office 365 administration, and managing Apple Business Manager. This high-capacity role requires me to balance multiple responsibilities across different domains, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among the team. My work involves both technical expertise and leadership, allowing me to contribute to various projects and support the overall efficiency of the organization.
November 2024 – February 2025
As a legal intern during the summer of 2024/2025, I assisted the staff with various legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, and providing opinions on cases and matters. My work supported the team in delivering timely and accurate legal assistance, allowing me to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal field.

Provide AVL for event production. With administration work of rostering, purchase orders, and inventory management.
December 2023 – February 2025
As-needed support for BayAV in a variety of AVL (audio, visual, and lighting) tasks, including rigging, sound, lighting, graphics/media, and software management. I collaborated with industry professionals to ensure high-quality technical execution and supported Baypark and other events with AVL setup and operations, ensuring all technical aspects were handled seamlessly to enhance the overall event experience.
December 2021 – December 2024
I assisted staff and students with technology-related issues, providing support and guidance to ensure they could effectively use available resources. In addition to troubleshooting, I taught users how to operate software, empowering them to solve problems independently. The role also involved working on website structure and content, as well as creating and maintaining detailed documentation to support usability and accessibility.
February 2024 – October 2024
This was a fixed-term role covering maternity leave, focused on marketing the conferences organized by Thinking Matters. Responsibilities included creating engaging media content, managing social media posts to promote events, and sending targeted emails to ensure effective communication and outreach to potential attendees.

As a Level One Help Desk Technician, I provided technical support to staff and students, addressing technology-related issues efficiently and effectively. I assisted with website maintenance and documentation, ensuring resources were accurate and accessible. Serving as the first point of contact for IT concerns, I alleviated the workload of senior IT staff by managing routine support tasks. Additionally, I delivered clear instructions and troubleshooting guidance to non-technical users, fostering confidence and improving their experience with technology.
June 2022 – January 2024
I provided after-hours audio-visual support for external groups utilizing the University of Waikato's facilities. This included setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, ensuring smooth operation during events, and addressing any technical issues to provide a seamless experience for users.

In this role, I assisted customers by providing helpful service and addressing their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience. I also cared for plants to ensure they remained healthy and appealing to customers, and stocked shelves to maintain product availability, kept the shop tidy and organized.

In this role, I soldered and assembled products, ensuring they met quality and performance standards. Additionally, I created and maintained detailed documentation of the production process, including step-by-step guides and specifications, to ensure consistency, streamline workflows, and support future manufacturing efforts.

At GSB, I assist with the production team, where I teach volunteers and ensure the service runs smoothly. Additionally, I help out with the youth group on a weekly basis. This role is incredibly fulfilling, as I have the opportunity to witness young people grow and mature in a fun and supportive environment.
I played the trombone in the Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Orchestra, where we worked as a team and held one practice per group each week. Additionally, I sang as a tenor in the Sound Collective, contributing to the ensemble's performances and fostering a collaborative musical environment.
I was highly involved in the music and cultural space at school, serving as the Cultural Captain in 2020. In this role, I helped lead and organize various cultural activities, fostering a vibrant environment for students to engage with the arts.
Currently, I still play the trombone and perform at a grade-seven level. This involves weekly practices and a lesson approximately once a month to continue improving my skills and technique.
At school, I was one of the two leaders of the Tech Team, which consisted of about 30 people. I was responsible for organizing the team and coordinating equipment for various events both on and off-campus. Additionally, I helped run after-hours events and served as the Tech Captain in 2019, overseeing technical operations and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
2023 - 2024
I used to play as the third Trombone in the TBB. This involves weekly rehersals with occasianl performances.
From October 2019 to April 2020 I played in the Tauranga City Brass Band as the second trombone.
In school, I played hockey, cricket, and participated in fencing, all of which had weekly commitments and required regular training. After school, I played squash for a year but eventually moved on to other activities.
